"The hotel and staff were amazing. Our room was very nice, came with Netflix logged in for use. The pool was refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The staff helped book our elephant tour and the breakfast was amazing. The area is walkable with a temple right across the street. We received a welcome drink, tea service and 2 meals all complimentary. Would definitely stay here again when in Chiang Mai. "

The hotel supplied water and water guns to help people celebrate Songkran, the Thai new year. Pool was well maintained. They offered free masks to wear because of the smoky air. Great hotel."
