"The hotel was nice and so were the staff. The free breakfast was very nice, the only negative is that the room had ants at one point."

"Great central location, quiet, and with a comfortable bed"

"ทำเลใกล้ตลาดกลางคืน ประตูท่าแพ "

"The staff was great, location is perfect! But i has a big insect... but we are in Thailand!"

"This property was nothing like the pictures, when we pulled up outside I couldn’t believe it, we thought ok we’re here now, lets go in and check in, the lady on reception was lovely to be fair and I felt a bit sorry for her as I’m sure we weren’t the first to look disappointed. We went to our room and looked around, the first thing my partner saw was the white towels on the bed that had gone grey, we left our stuff and went out for a coffee, at which point we both said we need to book somewhere...

"Really amazing guesthouse that I've stayed at many many times now! This is my ultimate go-to in Chiang Mai: great location, idyllic setting and environment and full of the cutest friendliest dogs in Thailand!"
