"we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

"well over priced, poor quality food. Service charged for food which I disagree with. Very long wait for food with food barely warm, chips cold, the pasta meal I had I had to hunt for a few peas & bits of urecognizable veg. Very high price to park. The hotel was not nearly as good as it was in the past. Huge drop in all things. Hopefully I won’t stay there again!"
