The staff were very friendly and welcoming even though I checked in at 10pm. The bar is very nice and the Beef Burger with cheese and bacon was amazing. Nice room with a view. And the buffet breakfast was brilliant. Would highly recommend.

Only dining options in walking distance. were within the hotel and another hotel. It wasn’t in the best area. Our shower didn’t work and my husband ended up slicing his arm in the shower on the soap holder.

We have stayed in this hotel many times now and felt this time the Deluxe Room we booked wasn’t great . Beds ok pillows awful they were flat and no support . Worst of all was the dated bathroom it’s very old fashioned and in much need of modernising. Can’t fault staff they are great and onsite Spa is the best which is why we keep booking this hotel . Felt £12 to park your car for one night is steep when your already paying to stay in hotel .
