"we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

"The swimming pool was great with sauna and must room. Would be better if there is treatment or conditioner after shampoo."

"I was very please with the way my wife and I were recieve my the staffs all around. Very helpful and welcoming. We were even allowed to check in early which was nice as were so tired from travelling from London. The room was clean, big and well presented. The spa and breakfast was nice, and overall was a great experience."
