Upon arrival, I was asked to pay my outstanding 18 pound fee. I was flabbergasted and said my fee had been paid. The guy punched the keyboard some more and said “oh, I made a mistake”. What he trying to rip me off?
I was then given a key to my room along with the elaborate directions as to how to get there. When I arrived at the room, the room had not been serviced. The previous guest’s towels and sheets were still all in place. I returned to the front desk and was told to sit in the lobby where I waited for 30 minutes and finally my room is ready.
I’ve been warned at this hotel was in a noisy District, which proved to be correct. That is not the reason I’m giving it a poor rating. The poor rating is because I was given a room that had not been cleaned.
