Wir waren im Rosen Zimmer, es war schoen eingerichtet, sehr zauber und gepflegt, historische charmant mit modernem Komfort, Klima usw. wir haben extra eine Weinprobe gemacht und genossen, Wein und Olivenoel vom hohen qualitaet. Abends und morgens im schoenen Garten zu verweilen ist ein muss! Man merkt, dass dieses Haus ein Familienhaus Haus ist und mit Herz und Liebe geleitet...

"The hotel is convenient to the important sites, since it is located about a block and a half from the Duomo. Driving and parking is a struggle in that area but the hotel staff provided a convenient work-around that made things much easier. In this and many other things the staff were very helpful. "
"The staff are excellent. Special mention to LORENZO who did an extra mile of service for us as he helped us find a shop for an authentic leather jacket and jewelry. He looked for us amongst the crowd at the square to update us on the status of the store that he recommended for jewelry. He also directed us in person to the leather store and introduced us to the store manager. I haven't seen s front desk person do that to me in any of the hotels i stayed in , even at the Bellagio and other 5...
"B&B-Hotel Firenze Pitti Palace al Ponte Vecchio is a wonderful hotel. It is pretty reasonable. The staff is pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel is clean and quiet although it is in a busy area. You can basically walk to everywhere, close to the Uffizi museum, Duomo, and other tourist attractions. The hotel offers good and delightful breakfast. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby and it is in safe neighborhood. I would stay at this hotel again. "
