"Hard to know where to find the shuttle. We asked for a double bed and were given 3 single beds. The shower was moldy and the shower head was broken. The staff were very kind and professional."

"Although the staff was great, this is definitely not a hotel and YOU EXPEDIA should not sell as such. Zero amenities; they gave a small bash wash and shampoo pouch as soup! No room cleaning ( they said once a week- hello! I’m not staying a week!! Broken coffee and laundry machine. No extra pillows for blankets available."

"Great value stay for two nights. Comfortable room, good bed and decent breakfast. Good location for the town, reasonable bar and restaurant which was priced fairly. Very surprised there was no kettle & coffee making facilities in the room. Paper cups in the room, not glass which was odd. Gym open only from 10-2 and then 4-8."

"Iconic hotel on La Concha beach. Can't beat the location! Staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet so yummy, although not inexpensive. The restaurant and bar staff on point. Front desk team helpful. Concierge, while a lovely person, gave a few recommendations that were "duds." The hotel is "older" and we had some issues with our air conditioning maintenance responded changed filters, but it never got to a temperature that was cool enough for us; but it was also a heatwave, so I assume the system was...
