"Facile accesso, con tutto quello che serve"

"We stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked well. It's a little noisy until after 10:30pm because of the restaurant downstairs. "Bonito pero no proporcional costo de habitación para lo que te daba. Definitivamente el precio es muy alto para la habitación y servicios"

"Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining. To be honest, they were all great but Mercedes, Ysabel, Christian, Alvarro, Arkais, Asiyer,"

"Room was not cleaned before check in. Had to call the staff and get it cleaned which took some time."

"Hay muy poca iluminación tanto en la habitación como en el baño. Se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas. Lo demás bien."
