"Absolutely delightful. Staff was fabulous. Breakfast is outstanding. Only criticism was with shower design. There is no mounted shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Thus, you must take small containers into the shower and there is no shelf to put them so you must put them on floor or outside of shower. Extremely inconvenient and even more so for seniors."

The bar and restaurant on property are an added bonus. This hotel is worth it! Walking steps to the Guggenheim as well!"

"This is a great hotel in the heart of Bilboa. The staff went the extra mile to make our stay outstanding. Very friendly people and excellent hospitality. The breakfast at the Ola restaurant was wonderful. Great food and the service was absolutely superb. The waitstaff was so warm and welcoming. Really makes the experience feel special."

"Clean and modern, well-appointed and everything worked. Excellent option for small family (although would have been small for 4 adults). Very easy to get to and from airport (located right by bus station) and major sites were accessible on foot. Area was fine during day (busy with open bars and shops) but felt a little quiet at night. Overall, a good option at less than price of family room in central location or paying for two rooms."

"Friendly staff, comfortable hotel with a good bathroom and huge comfy bed. Room was very quiet despite being on a main road. The lift was out of order, but the reception staff carried our bags up for us. Couldn't fault it. Great location."

"The Hotel has good facilities and a great Location. The only but may be the price which is a little bit high in comparisson with similar hotels. I reccomend power sockets near the bed and changing old USB Outlets for new USB -C Outlets."

"Excellent place with a great location. We enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of room for four (it's surprisingly spacious!) The one challenge we faced was that, due to repairs, the A/C for our room wasn't functioning, and it was exceptionally hot on the day we stayed (during a record-breaking heatwave). However, the staff, once contacted through the website, was able to bring us fans for our place which made sleeping much more comfortable. Overall, we'd be happy to return."

"Great hotel in the charming old city. Very walkable. I would definitely go back. Only reason the amenities got 4 stars is because there was no coffee in the room, but the cafe downstairs mostly made up for it. The hairdryer had a diffuser- which is a big plus for my curly hair! Staff was wonderful and spoke English and were patient with me as I practiced my Spanish."
