"The staff was friendly and very nice. The room however was awful. The tile floor had not been properly adhered to the subfloor. The tiles were cracked in some place and in others would lift up as you walked on them. It sounded like you were walking on broken glass. The hand towel holder kept falling off every time you took a towel off. The light bulbs needed to be changed one was out and the other flickered. When we asked if we can change rooms we were told no due to it being full. "

"The room was VERY CLEAN. Amy (check-in) was EXTREMELY professional, very nice, and made my check-in smooth. I am normally hesitant about the beds, but everything in this room was SPOTLESS. I was even a little nervous at first because I saw a LOT of foreign workers, but Amy explained the situation and made me feel completely at peace about my stay. It was in an area that was near food and shopping. I would definitely have no problem staying there again."

"Slightly dated in areas but generally really pretty hotel (very weird set up though lol). I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness but the entire entryway floor of our room as sooooo sticky. Something was clearly spilled and not cleaned up well. It took me going over it twice with a wet cloth on my hands and knees to get rid of it. Overall the hotel appeared very clean aside from that. Breakfast was kind of disappointing. Our family came down to eat with 30 minutes left during breakfast to find almost nothing available. Eggs almost gone, gravy gone, sausage gone. They did bring out fresh bacon after we came down which was appreciated. Not sure what brand of coffee they use but it was not good. Overall not a terrible stay though aside from the floor and breakfast. Our room was quiet, the beds comfortable, check in/out was quickand easy, and staff was very pleasant. We would stay again but would be sure to get to breakfast earlier. "

"The parking is terrible, you have 3 hotels in one parking lot 🙄. I book a room thru Hotels. Com only to get there and not have a room. I booked it when I arrived that night. We stayed in room 426 the room had a vent in the ceiling and we heard a motor 😳 like sound all nite . Then when morning came someone on the night shift had checked me out Soooooooooooh. 3 people can into my room every hour, until I call the front desk "
