"My room was horrible. The hallway carpet was disgusting. The phone on the desk didn't work. There was no smoke detector. Floors hadn't been vacuumed. Coffee table was sticky and hadn't been cleaned. The sheer curtain had a huge tear in it so the blackout curtain was closed when I got in the room, which should have let me know something was wrong. The back of the remote control was missing. The walls are extremely thin. I got woken up Friday night by the people next door having sex, very loudly I might add. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning there."

"The only good part of this experience was that the nice front desk clerk gave us a refund. The property entry doors were broken allowing anyone to come in and out. Room was dirty. Toilet looked like acid had been poured in it. Fridge doors was broken. The stove was all rust. Red stains on carpet. "

"Hotel was ok, when you walk in the hotel it smells nice & clean had a fresh smell. The room didn't smell like the lobby, the room & floor smelled musty & stale even though it was clean. Definitely need ice buckets the one in my room look like it's never been cleaned. And those stink bugs 3 of them i manage to get 2. It doesn't have any curb appeal. But overall the hotel was ok. I'm an avid traveler, I've been to several different Hyatt's this one out of 5 i would give a 3..."
