Rooms where large but bathroom very small and the shower water pressure was very low and cold Food in restaurant very average

Internet signal was strong; no issues connecting. The room was very clean and the view was spectacular.

The room was very small, double bed pushed against the wall. Meant climbing over the bed to get in and for over £200 a night not acceptable 😡

There was no coffee supplied in our room from day 1. I asked each day for both the tea, coffee and milk to be replenished. The milk was restocked on my first request, but no coffee. I requested coffee again, plus extra milk, but neither were restocked. This was the only thing that let this property ...

Honestly a very large room for London. Not much of a view from my room but a good trade off as it made the room very quiet at night. Having access to a small kitchen was really nice. 24/7 front desk and they were all really friendly
