"I was just staying for 1 overnight,but the sfaff were very helpful and let me check in early. Also overnight person was helpful changing the time for my taxi as I had lost my voice - he was great and called for me and it worked out.."

"Looking from the outside, it doesn't seem like a hotel. But when I press the doorbell, there are staff to give advice. Very welcoming, easy to check in, go up to the room is very clean, especially the bathroom, worth the price, not far from the city centre, convenient if you rent a car, if you don't have a car."

"OMG! We arrived and I immediately realized my phone fell out of my pocket in the taxi. Claire was outstanding as I was losing my composure and she was very calming. She knew what to do to help me get my phone back and brought my phone to me with some prosecco! "

"The staff at this lovely restored 18th century building is exceptional. There is a bar inside and a lovely back garden space where we enjoyed the sunshine after a day touring the Paisley Abbey and Sma Shot Cottages nearby. The breakfast we chose (salmon, scrambled eggs and toast) was excellent. Comfy beds, lovely decor and good water pressure in the showers. Also very close to the airport. We picked up sausage rolls and scones from the market on the Saturday morning before our flight."

"The lift was out of order and will be for the next month I believe. The hotel is in need of an update and the beds are not comfortable. The staff were excellent though, very helpful and kind. No shuttle to the airport but an easy walk to it. Breakfast was alright but was a charge. Kids eat free for breakfast which was nice. "

"Couldn’t recommend this place more, perfect central location, very clean and really friendly helpful staff. Our room was perfect for everything we needed, and great value for money. Early check-in for a fee, and additional cost for breakfast. The only real downside was that were no openable windows, and the AC did not work too well, so some fresh air would’ve been perfect. Also, unsure if all rooms are like this or not but it appeared to be an accessible room (not a problem), though bathroom...
