"Room clean, warm & comfortable. We have stayed many times before & is no frills, but works well for us for a short stay."

"Basic, clean hotel, comfortable bed. Unfortunately the key mechanism on our room door did not work and staff were unable to fix it. This meant that we either had to keep the door ajar, or one of us had to remain in the room at all times to let the other in. Obviously this was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. "
