Good overall, about a 40 min walk to the city centre, good food options around the hotel as well as the bar and grill downstairs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Despite being on the busy main road, you can’t hear anything from the room.

Excellent location for an event at the OVO arena and the science centre. Free parking which was an added bonus. We loved the pool as a little afternoon treat with the kids. Staff on reception were lovely. Disappointing service in the pub/restaurant as had to wait nearly an hour for our kids ice creams which came with their kids set meal menu and we had ordered at the beginning. We had to speak to staff 3 separate times to politely ask for it to come as by this time the kids were tired and getting tricky. The restaurant wasn't busy either. This was the only disappointing part though and the positives definitely outweighed this.

Good hotel with great access into city centre.

Great location for bus and subway into City centre. Breakfast was good quality and well organised, staff very friendly. Free parking is a bonus.

Excellent all round hotel

Very welcoming on arrival and this politeness and friendliness was maintained by all staff over our 2 night visit. Room was spotless and pillows on bed were comfiest I’ve had in last 4 stays away elsewhere, so, thank you, especially for that. Breakfast was great and plenty choice. Love that had porridge too. Thank you. Will stay here again
