"2nd time staying in these apartments. Great location near to Hallgrímskirkja, and downtown Reykjavik for all the tour bus stop pick ups. Close to all bars and restaurants. Room was big enough and sofa bed was fairly large which is unusual as found them very small in previous cities. Check in at the main hotel over the road was quick and we even got in our room early. Enough catering facilities in the room also for our stay. Only feedback was that there was some paint peeling off the walls in...

"La nostra suite consisteva di una stanza matrimoniale molto spaziosa e luminosa ed una stanza con 2 letti singoli anch'essa confortevole, seppur non molto grande. In più l'appartamento disponeva di una Dinette dotata di tutto il necessario ed un tavolo comodo per 4 persone. La location inoltre è veramente buona ad un passo dal centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo."

"The location is unbeatable—situated on a quiet street just a short walk from Hallgrímskirkja and Rainbow Street, with a grocery store only five minutes away. While the property feels quite dated, the rooms are comfortable. My only mild annoyance was the traditional key system; the hotel requires you to leave your key at the front desk whenever you go out. "Aside for a bit of problems with the door code, handle and the battery that left me waiting outside for a bit I can not fault anyone. The staff via WhatsApp , phone and the guy that repaired my door were kind and polite. The room was not spotless but nothing to complain about. The room, the area, the view was great! Just a suggestion...if you leave some cleaning products and accessories ( broom, mop, etc.) it would make it easier to keep the room even cleaner as there is no service available....

"Enjoyed my stay here. The hosts are very welcoming & helpful. Checkin is clear and also has Igdlo sign on building for easy find. Location is close to basically everything, and Bus 55, which saves over $25 round trip to KEF airport. The room and shared bathroom were always clean also. The rooms are small and the lighting not so bright, but overall it was fine, and a very good value for an expensive place like Iceland."

"The Sem Apartment was really well stocked. The area is perfect, just a short walk to the famous Reykjavik church. We enjoyed our one night stay despite the stinky water, although we learned this is typical in Icelandic homes along our travels. "

"It was a nice apartment. Area was nice and a 5 minute walk to downtown. Communication with hosy was lacking. I had a few questions before I left for my trip and no one ever responded. They did not mention anything about parking. You have to pay for parking thevwhole time as there is no parking for the building at all, which would have been good to know and was one of my questions before i got there. "

"Great hotel, location perfect as can walk anywhere. We had a triple room (413), which the size far exceeded our expectations and gave you all your own space. Room was quite modern, although corridors could do with a freshen up to match the lobby/breakfast room. Breakfast, had great variety and makes this hotel good value as you can fill yourself up for the day! For value, this hotel was better than I was epecting."
