"Hard to get used to the 'contactless check in'. No humans around. The apartment was adequate, but there were a few things that should be addressed. I needed to iron a dress, and, yes there was an iron, and an ironing board that would sit on a table. Except that there was nowhere in the apartment where I could plug in the iron and use a table for the ironing board! I would have to rearrange the apartment. Also, the outlets in the bedroom were only accessible by crawling under the bedside tables....

"Cozy and very clean room, but small if you are big or have a lot of luggage. It was fine for two of us. Location is amazing! Just a few minutes to walk to all famous sites, beautiful pond with ducks and swans, local eateries, bus stops, and a downtown. The owner is nice and helpful. We had coffee and tea in the room. The price was reasonable. We would stay there again."

"We found the apartment’s lighting was too dark because of dark color of walls and not enough of lighting fixtures. Besides the fixtures are spot lights type so that certain areas were not covered. No headboard lights. The room is quite decent and very clean. Ample space for two people. Location is quite good, closes to the freeway leading to downtown Reykjavik."

"Aside for a bit of problems with the door code, handle and the battery that left me waiting outside for a bit I can not fault anyone. The staff via WhatsApp , phone and the guy that repaired my door were kind and polite. The room was not spotless but nothing to complain about. The room, the area, the view was great! Just a suggestion...if you leave some cleaning products and accessories ( broom, mop, etc.) it would make it easier to keep the room even cleaner as there is no service available....

"Was in a good location, just at the end of the central area. We lucked out with free parking on the street in front. Rooms are quiet, clean and spacious.No daily room cleaning service, but don’t really need it."

"This property was clean and relatively convenient to downtown. It is right across the street from the municipal airport so there is some noise when planes are getting ready to take off. It's an uphill walk, about 20 minutes, to downtown. The room looked larger in the pictures; once the sofabed was opened up there was no room to walk around. The bathroom is quite small; could use a better shower curtain as water easily dripped on the floor. But the water was hot. Parking was tight on the...

"The room was perfect for 4 adults. We also had a small kitchen and fridge which was perfect for breakfast in the morning or if you arrive late from exploring and want to prepare a quick dinner. The staff was friendly and very nice. The breakfast option was not the best so i do not recommended. For long stay parking park in the Radhous public parking across. It will be better and cheaper."

"The hotel was in a very nice location walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable. When we were a little too warm, the front desk provided a fan, which was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. We had dinner one night at the hotel and it was also delicious."

"This is a very clean hotel. The breakfast was very good. There was a self check in process which I didn't realize ahead of time and wasn't informed of before I got there. I am actually not sure how I was supposed to get the code but I ended up ringing the bell in the small lobby to get someone to respond. There is also no airport shuttle other than one you can book yourself from a 3rd party. It does stop at the hotel but other than that the hotel doesn't have anything to do with it."
