The view from the room was spectacular. We had a car and access to Reykjavík and out of town for sightseeing was very easy.

Lovely place easy to access any time. Free laundry but the driers didn’t dry enough even three cycles later had to pack wet clothes. Room was very dark and spacious with a kitchen

Great stay

The property was VERY convenient to downtown. There is a grocery store right across the street which was awesome. Only thing was they were doing construction because of a leak when we were there so a bit messy, but understandably so. Overall our stay was great!

Amazing property and super friendly and efficient staff ^_^ kronan right across the road and a bonus round the corner , lovely cafe near by too and great transport links , if you dont mind a little walk its not too far from all the main sights ^_^ views are amazing too! Would highly recommend ^_^

very inexpensive -self-check in hotel. Clean and there are plenty of places to find food. This hotel is outside Reykjavik so cab in necessary to get to town.

The apartment was clean enough, but needs some paint and minor repairs to the walls and bathroom. I thought we were getting a room with a separate bedroom as that was what was shown on the website. We had one large room with five single beds. The pillows were completely flat and need to be replaced. Staff communicated well and answered all my questions on the phone. The one maintenance man onsite was not friendly or helpful.

The view was amazing from the north (?) side. Beautiful mountains to see, as well as city view. Hotel has been renovated so everything was clean and new. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything for basic cooking. Only issue was a metal panel on the outside stairwell was loose and noisy flapping in the wind but otherwise it was a great place to stay!

As soon as we entered the room, it smelled very bad. The bathroom shower panel was not designed in a way where the water could stay in the shower area. Every time someone showered, the water would come out from the shower area to the bathroom. I had to put big towel on the floor to stop the spillover. The room was not clean either. The lobby was dirty. They have an excellent system of online check-in check out, they do not even provide the access code without uploading a ID card information. I only with they were equally good at maintaining the room itself. I would not recommend getting there.

Loved this apartment. It was clean and comfortable and it was nice to be able to cook some food... Mainly ate breakfast at the apartment to save some money. The people were very easy to get in touch with and gave us very easy directions to get there from the airport. There was some renovations going on but that didn't bother us at all. If I ever find myself back in Iceland we will definitely stay here again. It's also very close to things to do in the city.

Great location outside of the hustle and bustle of the city centre but also only a short drive into Reykjavic. Self check in work very well with easy to follow instructions. Appartment was clean with all necessary amenities. A good selection of local shops inc a great coffee shop and supermarket.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was perfect for our family and was affordable. One negative was that the building seemed to be under construction, but that really didn’t matter. And the only other negative was that the water smelled and tasted like sulfur. Other than that, it was clean, convenient, the communication was great with the host and check in and out was simple. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay there again.

The room was decent, spacious. They don’t have a concierge, but they had support over the phone. The person was very responsive and helpful. The room overall was ok. No hanger or drawer for your clothes. The room was decently clean, not major complain. But the room had a weird oldish smell, nothing disgusting or disturbing but slightly off putting. The water also smelled like rock salt, it was pretty strong — although tap water was drinkable and we didn’t have any issues with the taste. The shower room was pretty nice. Overall decent place, but my personal opinion, for a room that I booked 3-4 months ahead it does not match the price vs experience, it felt overpriced.

Lovely and warm apartment ,well equipped which allowed us to cook (eating out pricey) Bess comfortable . Excellent communication - replied fo all Emails very promptly . Didn’t use the bus , but car parking good . Grocery store and subway deli opposite / next door . Check in times could have been more flexible . Overall , great stay !

I liked the room size, all 5 of us were comfortable. I did not like that the building seemed to be in the middle of renovations, and bits and pieces of the room in our second stay did not seem to be completed. Overall, however, it was good.

Accommodations were easily accessible and cleanly. Everything was prepared for us well before check in time and it was easy to check-in and out of the property. The only thing I’d note is that while there the location is renovating which meant our floor was an active construction zone during the day. It didn’t disturb our stay much (except for the morning they tested the fire alarm system at 8 am), but it would have been nice if the property had communicated that with us. Other than that, public transport was easy to access and the grocery store is right there. Would stay again!
