"Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

"Beautiful space. My family had a good time. The only improvement I would ask is the mattress - they are old and a bit sagging - can't sleep well on them."

"The staff was excellent. The room was extremely small. I was a little irritated to see on my final bill that I was charged for a coffee. I was sitting at the reception waiting for the manager to complete my bill when one part waiters offered me a cup of coffee, which I accepted. I didn’t ask for it, but I thought it was a nice gesture only to find I was charged 7 1/2 pounds for it. That was frustrating "

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an early flight out the next morning so didn’t get to enjoy breakfast. They did off to bring us a little breakfast tray early, but sadly they must have forgot as we never got it. But the room was beautiful, had a cute nespresso machine in it and the bed was comfy. "It was in a very, very convenient location. There is no elevator-it’s not a typical hotel set up. The room was very small (they do give square footage so that was on me). The room is basically a rectangular house bedroom that they took a chunk out to add a bathroom (no closet or dresser). The bathroom was so narrow, I had to leave the door open to bend over and use the sink to wash my face-but, it served its purpose. There were beautiful decorations everywhere-which meant there was no room for...

"A perfect location to explore Edinburgh without being in the touristy and loud area. It is a beautiful hotel with absolutely wonderful staff. Breakfast was wonderful every morning. The room was very clean and the bedding very comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay, and should we return to Edinburgh, we will definitely stay here again. Cheers!"

"The property was in a fantastic location to explore the city. The apartment was large with ample room for our family if 4. Good shower with complimentary toiletries. The kitchen area also had everything to get us started (a few more glasses would have helped). We were very pleased with the accommodation and having somewhere to store our bags before and after was also very welcomed. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. "
