"This was one of the quietest city stays we’ve ever had, which was a pleasant surprise (especially since our room was right next to car park and service entrance). Rhiannon was very helpful: stowing bags, booking a taxi, answering our questions, and arranging an early check-in.. All the staff was very kind and warm. Anna was also lovely. We would not stay in the same room (220–The Skerry) again: it was so small that it was hard to open our suitcases AND move about in the available floor space,...

"Place was gorgeous, modern, convenient, clean. Though listed as for 4 people, it was a bit awkward for 4 people: bathroom en suite to one room, so those on beds (pull-outs) in front room had to walk through the other room to the bathroom. And because light switches for bathroom are outside, anyone sleeping gets light in their eyes until the door is closed. And using the kitchenette was disturbing to those sleeping in front room. Would have liked a full size coffee maker as the nespresso...

"The apartment was very big and close to transport links. The checking in process was flawless and we would definitely stay here again."

"The staff were so nice, friendly and helpful. If it were not for them my score would have been lower. The hotel itself was fine, but I would not say soundproof. Each night I stayed there were ambulance/police sirens that could easily be heard. Also loud music and loud vehicles could be heard from my room. You can’t hear regular street noise, but I was woken up more than a few times."

"Fantastic location, lovely staff, I believe the late checkouts requested caused a delay in our checkin time unfortunately, but staff were nice and offered tea and beverages during the wait. The room was good, think the cleaning staff may have rushed a bit due to the late checkouts, I think I’d rather have waited a bit longer than finding a hair on my bed!"

"The room was near the bars so it was very loud at night and then there was a lot of clean up first thing in the morning. Very noisy."

"The location is fab and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are big and clean and well furbished with everything you need from hairdryer to dishwasher and washing machine. The breakfast though was most disappointing (small selection of - apart from the fruit - only sweet and sugared items). I recommend going to one of the little cafes nearby where you get more for your money."

"Very spacious accommodation with full kitchen. Convenient, but somewhat noisy, location. Not too far to the top of Princes St., but pedestrian and car traffic are an issue if you’re a light sleeper."
