"Airport shuttle was great, although left earlier than advertised. Clean rooms but first room was used and we had to request a different room. The hotel was a bit out dated- the place across is mite guo and cheaper!"

"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport. It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport. Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine. A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket. Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

"The heating in the room didn't work and i was with a group and they all had the same problem. The "hot" food for breakfast was cold and very poor quality. They provide shared iron for your laundry on each floor. This was the worst part of the hotel.That said the staff i met were friendly and the hotel location is good"

"Rooms were small but perfect for us that only needed it for sleeping. Friendly staff always ready to help and amazing location"

"One of the workers agreed to give us 5 hours late check out for €50. We tried paying on card but he tried to take us for a fool by saying its not working and he wanted cash , however we relaised a button for currency conversion needed pressing on the card machine to work, we paid this and given a recepeit, the morning staff called us at 12 woken up me and my pregant wife and told us to leave and said that they did not do late check out , we have been forced to leave and no money refunded "

"Personeel was echt onvriendelijk en spraken geen engels. Enkel de balie was ‘vriendelijk’. De kamers waren oud en gedateerd. Hygiene was matig. Bed lag wel lekker en de omgeving is mooi. "

"I love the location of this place, so close to the Grand Place as the name implies it is just less than 2 minutes walk to get there. It is situated in a busy area but the rooms are quiet and peaceful. It is very clean, staff are friendly, good amenities. For breakfast, it is not buffet, it is plated so you ge to choose for an appetizer and your main course and then you get free coffee or juice. Overall, it was a very nice stay and would choose this hotel again if i visit Brussels again."

"Excellent location, close to the Grand place and next to train station. Our room is too dark. Nice breakfast and free for kids. We're disappointed that staff won't help with our luggage at checkout "
