Amazing place with complimentary coffee and water. The hotel itself is very clean and lively. The amenities were great and very cozy. 11/10 overall rating and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay near Brussels! Breakfast was also buffet style and it was great.
Clean roon and facilities. I would stay there again.
€20,- for parking was very expensive. The entrance to the parkinglot is very driver unfriendly!!! It’s almost impossible to drive in in such a way that you can reach the intercom. Thus having to manouvre on that extremly steep entrance is terrible.
Other than that I like the hotel and would stay there again.
New and Very Clean hotel & room. Normal European side room. Polite staffs. Quiet.
€20/day parking for interior and exterior
It is a nice touch: Free coffee and tea
Breakfast tends to be the same every day. It would be great to have a variety of options for breakfast to keep it interesting!
Also, please provide slippers:)
Overall, it is a very clean hotel, staff are accommodating and friendly.
Very comfortable, clean and well‑maintained. Attentive and pleasant staff. Full breakfast. Well connected, with the airport and Brussels center by train and bus.
Brand new hotel. Spent 2 nights. Small but nice room. Great bed. Staff still needs to find their grounds but guess that's normal at a new hotel. Breakfast is very basic, but you'll survive. There's a small supermarket next door, else there is not much nearby.
The staff were wonderful and kind. The room was clean, simple but well kept, and it was a really affordable option. Right next to a train station which you can use to get into Brussels central. The buffet breakfast was lovely and got us fuelled up each morning. Would definitely stay here again!
New hotel .All was fine, except that the parking entry bars where defective. Helpfull team. Perfect to go by light rail to Brussels. The Dirgem station is 3 min walking away.
The walls are thin. We were woken up by noise from the next room. We first heard hangers rattling and voices. You shouldn't hear hangers or voices from the next room. I assume the banging we heard was something like suitcases being set on the hard floor. The bed and pillows were the best of the three hotels we stayed in on this trip.
