The hotel was very conveniently located. I love the shuttle options and the staff was very friendly. I used the Expedia discount for 20% off at the hotel and came in very handy while dining at their restaurant. The biggest plus: there is a train stop right across that will take you into the city!

Great location literally steps from the Diegem train station. 10 minute shuttle ride to the airport. Room well appointed and a good size. Very quiet despite the proximity to the airport. We had an early departure before breakfast was available so appreciated the water, juice, coffee and pastries available for free in the lobby.

The shuttle service, hotel, and restaurant were all first class! It was a bit tricky to find the shuttle pickup spot at the airport (largely due to a lack of airport personnel at the arrivals level and poor signage in the airport). Otherwise, a fantastic experience!

We only stayed here one night, but the staff were very accommodating we had a room change request due to an issue. This is a pretty busy hotel given it’s near the airport. Good for a quick near airport option.

Very positively surprised by this hotel ! I expected another airport hotel but this one has been renovated in the last few years, has a dedicated private shuttle minibus, offers a very decent breakfast and has very friendly staff. I think it may become my "go-to" place at Brussels airport.

Clean, spacious modern room. Literally across the street from Diegem train station, which is convenient for getting to other parts of Brussels. Free shuttle to/from airport. Note that there is not much nearby in terms of restaurants, shops to walk to. Hotel restaurant food was good.

NH Brussels Airport Hotel exceeded all my expectations! Although figuring out the airport taxi pickup was a little complicated, that was more of an airport issue than a hotel issue. Once everything was sorted out, the pickup and drop-off services were excellent. The location is fantastic, especially for anyone looking to explore Brussels. The hotel is just a 2–3 minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient to travel directly to Brussels Central and the downtown area (the train takes 25 minutes to get to the downtown area). Despite being right across the street from the train station, our room was wonderfully quiet, with absolutely no noticeable train noise. The hotel itself is modern, clean, spacious, and beautifully lit. Our room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were more than happy to answer all our questions about the train system and the room, which made our stay that much better. Honestly, this was one of the best hotel experiences I could have asked for. Between the excellent service, modern and comfortable rooms, convenient location, and peaceful atmosphere, everything was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend NH Brussels Airport Hotel to anyone visiting Brussels, and I would happily stay here again!

We spend one night because was near the airport, but it is by the side of the train station entry. That made the location perfect for us. The staff was attentive and helpful the whole time. The let us to do check-in early since the room was ready. Also, the provide a free of charge ride to the airport at 4:00am. 10 out of 10.
