"I had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Singapore and would rate it a full 5 stars. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality was exceptional. The front office team deserves special mention- Dylan was a star! And not to forget Catherine- she was also amazing! They were very hands-on, attentive, and made the entire check-in feel so welcoming. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and genuine care. Dylan was always so helpful and ready to help me and amma plan the day! the friendly attitude of the staff made a big difference in the overall experience. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The warm service and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. I would highly recommend Pan Pacific Singapore to anyone visiting the city, and I will definitely be returning in the future!"

"The breakfast was amazing, no waiting and selection of food was excellent. Staff was amazing particularly at reception when they organised an emergency dentist for me. The entire property was beautifully clean and the location was perfect for us. Only a very small problem with the lifts I don’t think there was enough in good working condition for such a large property. "

"It was adequate for a night stay. Super small accommodations but this hotel is meant to be for transients, not extended stays. Very small rooms but fine for one night. It is located at the Jewel in Changi so there are plenty of shops but it is about a 15-20 minute walk to Terminal 2."

"After a long flight, this hotel was peaceful, perfectly located within the airport terminal and as a bonus, the breakfast was superb! Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. It’s more expensive than our usual budget but worth every dollar."

"Love the hotel, I love how it literally connects to a shopping mall! Everything basically connects to each other around there. There's a mall across the street and you just have to walk in the mall that is attached to the hotel and walk outside and then you'll get to the other mall. Loved staying here and will stay here again when I visit! "
