"Good decent club. Nice studio rooms. We had rooms on the ground floor so you walkout to the beach. Plenty beach chairs available; pool is pretty good too. Onsite food and drinks can get better."

"Air worked pretty good, kitchen supplies were more than we needed, but we needed little. Housekeeping was very good. Nice elevator. Furnishing was adequate, altho not terribly comfortable. Wifi was weak, but again adequate. Decent parking. Near restaurants, stores, beaches, bars, casinos, ect. Plenty of room. All in all, for the first rental in St. Marteen, good."

"Room overlooked the beach. The housekeeping was 50/50 didn’t fully clean the rooms as they should. The young lady that help us with the activities in the front was GREAT "

"The hotel itself was average and clean, the kids were happy because they mainly wanted to enjoy the pool and the sea — and those needs were met. What really affected our stay, though, was how we were treated by some of the staff. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced this before in parts of the Caribbean, and it’s disappointing every time. There were moments where we were clearly ignored in ways that others were not. For example, the beach staff refused to set up an umbrella and chairs for us, telling us to find an existing one at the back, while other guests were being set up right at the front by the water. I needed to be near the shoreline so I could watch my kids safely, but that courtesy wasn’t extended to us. Similarly, spa staff walked around offering menus to everyone except us. We had actually planned to book treatments, but after being overlooked like that, we decided not to. Despite these experiences, we absolutely LOVE St. Maarten — the island itself is wonderful, and we always enjoy being there. It’s just disappointing when moments like these take away from what should be a joyful visit, especially given that the Caribbean is my own heritage and yet I’m made to feel unwelcome while enjoying the progress we’ve all worked hard for."

"Staff was very friendlly and helpful. However had to ask for washcloths 2x and they didn’t have any! Was given makeup towels for substitutes. The pools dnt look welcoming at all. Hotels looks a little run down. Lots of wear and tear on furniture. Location however is great!!! Very accessible to beach, market and eatery."

"The room and view are amazing. It has a nice pool, although the layout is a bit backwards. The pool bar is in the shallow end and that is where the MANY children at the resort splash and play so it was a bit inconvenient; especially when pool water would end up in your drink. Maybe they could start some Adult Only times in the pool, especially during their Happy Hour. Other than that the resort was awesome and in a great location that was in walking distance to great nightlife and restaurants. Breakfast at the resort was always delicious. The shops on property were nice and very convenient. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again. "
