"My room had this horrible mold mildew smell I notify the desk by 3rd day because it got stronger and stronger they said they will send someone up to check it out but still had smell. I sprayed Lysol and room spray it would not go away. I got sick from that room so it made me feel horrible. They said the rooms have to be sprayed with a chemical to keep the smell away that seemed weird. But other than smell nice location and room. I prefer hotel I hate wasting towels on vacay. "

There is no entrainment so you really have to find something for you to do on your own to not get bored. The guy who supports with the excursions needs to improve his customer skills, his tone, words are very are not ideal, however thr lady, I think her name is Cynthia, she is indian... what a beautiful personality, she helped us out a lot, great recommendations and it was very fun to get advise from her for the things we wanted to do. The pool needs to be cleaned more often, there were times were it was extremely dirty. The property also lacks food options you must cook or go outside if you want to eat something, the restaurant next to it, la Tortuga is good but pricey, so be ready."
