"Even though the property is outside of the tourist area, the local bus, line 401, picks up and drops off almost exactly in front of the property. I enjoyed having access to a washing machine and dryer (5€ for a load to wash, 5€ for a load to dry). On my first morning, I had the breakfast at the hostel, however I did not feel like it was worth paying 8€. I’d recommend going to O’Connors bakery, a 5 min walk from the hostel instead. "This was a lovely large room in a stately home tucked away from the lively Salt Hill seaside promenade. Unfortunately we hit rush hour traffic as we approached. inching through the busy Salt Hill city center. We arrived during a rare heat wave. Like most accommodations in Ireland, there were was no AC or fans and no television. "The breakfast is unbelievable. It is chefs kiss good! There were wonderful touches throughout the property, especially a direct line to taxis. It’s a 12€ ride to the city centre. The staff were kind and helpful and the owners were lovely. Thank you!"
