"This hostel is fantastic! The rooms are incredibly spacious, and since we were a group of four, we were given two rooms connected by a bathroom in the middle. Both rooms are cozy, and the bathroom is large and clean, featuring a fantastic shower. The decor of the hostel is vibrant and eclectic, adding to the overall charm. Plus, there's a mini fridge in the bedroom, which is a nice touch. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning, but it didn't affect our stay; I'm just mentioning...

"This was a lovely large room in a stately home tucked away from the lively Salt Hill seaside promenade. Unfortunately we hit rush hour traffic as we approached. inching through the busy Salt Hill city center. We arrived during a rare heat wave. Like most accommodations in Ireland, there were was no AC or fans and no television. There was not a tea kettle in the room, but the house offered use of a large communal kitchen where some guests apparently cooked dinner (based on cleaned dishes drying...

"Great location on the promenade. You can walk to pubs, restaurants, and music in Salt Hill. And it's a short cab ride to all the sites in Galway."

"Lovely ocean facing room with lots of space.Bith the room and bathroom were clean if a little old fashioned. Staff in reception were very helpful but found the restaurant( Brasserie) staff a efficient but not particularly warm or welcoming. Location very good for sea front and for transport linksgto town centre.Some good bars and restaurants around- better value than eating in the hotel"

"Everything was great. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The room was clean. The only negative was parking offsite and hauling luggage to the hotel but that was stipulated upfront and the hotel did validate the parking fees."

"So pleasantly surprised by this stay! The rooms are nicely equipped and smart - lots of storage and hooks and useful amenities. It is across from a very lively nightspot/bar but they give you ear plugs. The bed was very hard so the sleep wasn't the greatest, but the location and well-appointed room make up for it."

"Room was clean and the staff were great to us. Hotel’s location was also great. 5 minute walk to the city centre, train, bus station, and Lidl (supermarket). Only thing that could have been better is a little bench for luggage and possibly another chair. We were two people so it would get crammy at times. Also, the walls are thin. Everything can be heard from the hallway. Luckily we had a corner room so it wasn’t bad at all. Overall, we would definitely come to the Dean again!"
