"The day we were there it was the hotest temperature ever recorded, it was very surprising to me that the hotel didn’t have any ice even in the restaurant! we arrived at two pm and couldn’t find anything to eat in the neighborhood everything is closed until five! Be aware of this local restrictions, we were starving and hot!"

"Bonjour, La réceptionniste était d’un professionnel sans nom très serviable et a l’écoute. Cependant des l’arrivée dans la chambre a l’ouverture de la porte une odeur de cigarette froide nous a surpris (étant non fumeurs en plus, et avec une enfant de 4 ans) Nous nous sommes donc dirigés vers la réception , cette pauvre dame était désolée car rien ne pouvait être fait car hôtel complet. Et en nous couchant notamment dans le lit du haut mon mari est tombé sur des fourmis pleins de fourmis...

"I’m a Disney fan. I’m platinum on Disney cruises and passholder for wide Orlando. I was so excited to take the kids to Disney Paris. Wow. This was an eye opener. "The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner."

"This is a hidden gem that we found by accident. We were staying at nearby accommodation that had no air conditioning during the heatwave and for the sake of my family's wellbeing we had to find somewhere air conditioned. This hotel was well priced and it was superb in every sense. If we return to Paris, we will definitely look to stay here again"

"The room had no a/c, being an American, I figured I didn’t know how to work the a/c system. I googled how to use it. Watched videos. It still wasn’t working. The first night was super uncomfortable. The second night I asked, they told me my room had no a/c and gave me a portable fan. That I had to carry up to the second floor. Pool was closed. Elevators were also closing due to maintenance. Staff were as extremely nice. I didn’t know we had to pay for breakfast, not worth $12 each person....
