Great location. Room was very comfortable and plenty of space. Loved the bunk beds and separating door in the family suite. Bed was very comfortable after long days at the parks.

Excellent location, within easy reach of Universal, with a courtesy bus to get you to and from as well. 5 minutes walk to the nearest shopping Mall. Special thanks to the bar tender there she was great (sorry I forgot her name) good fun and helped us with where to eat.

We enjoyed our stay in this Hotel. Great location, big comfortable rooms and yummy breakfast but the best part is the service. Everybody was really helpful and super nice. Thank you to Emily in the breakfast area, she was wonderful!
