We really enjoy our stay in the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, and bathroom was a top notch with views over the sea and mountains. The hotel is located on the isle and there is a very picturesque walk around it. You can also visit aquarium and marine park to see marine animals.

This hotel has a lovely onsen, and spectacular views of Mount Fuji from the roof terrace which has a heated foot bath It is convenient for the bus to see the surrounding area, nice and quiet, with a woods where herons nest next door. However it is fairly remote, in that you have to walk for about half an hour to reach shops or restaurants. Staff were kind and helpful. This place was excellent, great service, staff were helpful. There are 2 top tier restaurants, a spa with great aromatherapy massage service, there is a relax room on the 12F of the main building with excellent views of Mt Fuji on a clear day. Breakfast has a choice of Japanese style or western and the 2 restaurants including Teppanyaki or Italian. Finally there are nice walks around the garden and pond area as well as a public bath which is well maintained. The hotel seems almost brand new!...

Originally we were allocated a room on the 4th floor which was supposedly deluxe. It absolutely was not! We asked for a bigger room and paid the extra and moved to the 11th and top floor! It was then amazing. We had a massive room with separate bedroom with 2 double beds. Large bathroom and an extra loo as well. Amazing views towards Mount Fuji which we saw on one of our days. Excellent overall service, including the very good breakfast at large area and relaxing onsen (hot spa). It would be even better if complimentary coffee were available in the large lounge on the ground floor for whole day, so guests can enjoy it while reading manga or working at any time.

It is the staff and surroundings that make this hotel. The reception team could not do enough for us. The hotel has an unusual Hawaiian vibe. Be aware that the hotel is dated cosmetically but nothing that dented our enjoyment. The breakfasts were amazing and the best we had during the whole trip.

Hotel is well located and has a lot of great facilities. The upstairs lounge is great. I didn’t use the spa or breakfast services because because there are lots of wating places near the hotel.

Excellent Hotel. We only stayed for one night, but it was a very pleasant experience and the hotel had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delightful and the room was comfortable.

Fabulous hotel! Staff were so welcoming and helpful. The property is very well maintained and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Excellent hotel very close to the station

Excellency Rooms on Top floors are incredible. So nice to stay in a traditional luxury Japanese room. Use of Onsen each day was a great experience and the bonus of a private Onsen was great. Would stay again. Very friendly staff and all in all a very relaxing stay.
