Clean, simple, economical, convenient, and very friendly staff. Stayed two weeks and never had an issue. They made my stay very enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Hotel was very close to the North Exit of Numazu Station and easy to find. There’s a Lawsons,7-11 and McDonalds near by. Very quiet hotel and the staff was nice and helpful. We would stay here again when we visit Numazu
Overall the hotel was very clean and comfortable.
Good access from the train station. A variety of restaurants close by.
It would be perfect if there is a direct access bridge between the car park and the lobby.
They were very helpful at the front desk with helping me make a call and sending my luggage ahead to the next hotel. The view from my room was also amazing! I enjoyed seeing the tip of Mt Fuji very morning on a clear day from my room.
Staff(reception and cleaning)are kind and friendly. Good variety of amenities.
Close from the station. I will definitely stay again when I go in the area. Highly recommended!
Everything was just perfect, with the ambience, and accessibility as well!
The staff was very kind enough to give us an upgrade and put us on a high floor facing Fuji-san. This was truly amazing!
Since I’ve been here for 3 nights I can’t knock it in any shape or form and the helpfulness and professionalism, politeness to a good size room to the extreme helpfulness from whom I’ve encountered the place is clean, bright and very well run will stay here again in the future and thank you for all for my pleasant stay.
Right next to Numazu Station, so great location for getting to/from. Huge room by Japanese business hotel standards. V friendly staff and I was allowed to check-in slightly earlier upon arrival. Hotel rules mean that room is fully serviced after night three even if it does not require servicing. I was lucky to have a room which had a great view of Mt Fuji in the morning before the clouds appeared. Buffet breakfast catered for all tastes and is served between 6am-10am Mon-Fri, 7-10 Sat/Sun.
Always love staying at this hotel. If you’re lucky enough, it also has some rooms with gorgeous views. This hotel is located steps away from the Numazu train station if you take the North exit. And there is a Family Mart and 7-11 within walking distance. Also try the pizza place next to the hotel, they do take out!! Takeout for a personal pizza is about 800 yen. If you have a pizza at the restaurant, even a little cheaper.
The room was bigger than expected hence it was a bonus. The downside is parking is not free.
The location is near to station and it’s quiet in the evening.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The bathroom was modern and impressive, especially the ceiling shower head.
The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of many restaurants and conveniently close to the train station. Both the hotel itself and the staff were of high quality. We would definitely return if we're in the area again.
The only downside was that the beds were quite firm, though we still managed to get a decent night's sleep.
It was a fantastic 5 nights stay. The hotel is close to Numazu Station which makes it convenient to travel out if you’re not driving.
Cleanliness and hygiene are superb. The hotel lobby is big and bright, the toiletries are placed at the hotel lobby for guests to help themselves. There are even drip coffee and tea bags. The room is clean, bed and pillows are comfortable. It’s facing Mount Fuji.
I’ve stayed here three separate times and had great experiences each time. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, and their remodeled rooms are very nice. Only had one small issue with a room and they rectified it immediately. Quiet, well-maintained, budget-friendly, and close to the station. Recommended!
