Wow! The hotel is amazing, huge rooms super comfy, very clean, hotel is in immaculate condition, breakfast was also very delicious, cheery on top room with the view to Fuji, would recommend and stay there again!

Absolutely incredible, maybe the best place I’ve ever stayed, would highly recommend! So spacious, amazing views of Fuji, lovely hot tub. Would recommend a hire car.

The free onsen was great but we did not know then went to other day onsen after climb the Mt Fuji. Dinner was delicious at the onsen restaurant. I will try the BBQ next time I book again. Over all it was a great stay, must stay at least 3 nights if you plan to climb the mountain. Offered 30mins late check out for free of charge. Thank you.

This hotel has a lovely onsen, and spectacular views of Mount Fuji from the roof terrace which has a heated foot bath It is convenient for the bus to see the surrounding area, nice and quiet, with a woods where herons nest next door. However it is fairly remote, in that you have to walk for about half an hour to reach shops or restaurants. Staff were kind and helpful. The food at breakfast was plentiful and varied, with sufficient vegetarian options. There are laundry facilities and ice, and...

This place was excellent, great service, staff were helpful. There are 2 top tier restaurants, a spa with great aromatherapy massage service, there is a relax room on the 12F of the main building with excellent views of Mt Fuji on a clear day. Breakfast has a choice of Japanese style or western and the 2 restaurants including Teppanyaki or Italian. Finally there are nice walks around the garden and pond area as well as a public bath which is well maintained. The hotel seems almost brand new!...

Clean, modern hotel near a shopping centre (good for a couple of dinner options as there is not too much nearby). Walking distance to the station, around 20 mins. Thankfully free breakfast as there wasn't much open locally early, also added bonus of a view of Mount Fuji while eating it. Free evening drinks which again was a great added extra

Beautiful room. Nice hotel. Good amenities

Wonderful place

Beautifully modern ryokan, with stunning views. Family friendly, with a small play area, toys and games you can take to your room. Staff speak great English and are very helpful. Great location- 5 min walk to the train station where you can take a gondola up to the cable cars or take the mountain train back down, 10 min (steep) walk to Gora park, 15 min walk to Open Air Museum, and 25 min walk to Yunnesan hot spring water park. There are a smattering of restaurants, a big Lawsons round the...

Really great stay - good for Fuji views

Amenities and location

Originally we were allocated a room on the 4th floor which was supposedly deluxe. It absolutely was not! We asked for a bigger room and paid the extra and moved to the 11th and top floor! It was then amazing. We had a massive room with separate bedroom with 2 double beds. Large bathroom and an extra loo as well. Amazing views towards Mount Fuji which we saw on one of our days. It is very elusive! The staff were lovely and helpful. Lovely, clean and spacious. Laundry service or machines on 7th...
