"There were huge parties going on all over the hotel with unattended children everywhere. Both pools and the hot tub were closed. The restaurant is closed. Our television remote didn’t work and took a while for them to fix. There isn’t much staff working and no front desk, everything is online. The people that were working were nice but def understaffed, the beds were comfortable and the hotel itself felt safe. It was just insanely noisey pretty much all night and the pools/hot tub/restaurant all being closed without being advertised really sucked. I was going to speak to management this morning which I never do ever but there wasn’t anyone around to speak to anyway lol"
