"The room was ok…the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. They charge five dollars for parking. Staff was not friendly"

"I reserved a king size bed and a room with a refrigerator and. Microwave that was supposed to be remodeled and clean. This was not the case. The places was infested with roaches and bed bugs . The room had black mold in the bathroom and the shower. The dry wall was falling off the walls . The cable didn't work. And when are notified hotel staff they ignored. We asked for a room change and were denied any help or compensation in any way.. bc I have a flight to catch tomorrow morning at 8am I...

"Toilet plugged no towels 3 days I stayed"

"The room was well-appointed and laid out. Lots of plug-ins for electronics, also. Good quality HDTV. The exercise room is very good and the pool area both covered and uncovered. Rooms above it can be affected by noise, but hotel staff are attentive to this and have things under control. What really stands out is the dining area. It is attractive and stocked with furniture designed to accommodate people needing places to sit in comfort while ingesting food. The variety and quality of food...

"Friendly staff. Room was clean. Will stay longer next time. Was just a day trip."

"I don’t like that we have to pay $10/ night for parking and we ended up having to park in the parking garage across the way. Very frustrating having to park on the second level only and walking down the stairs and across the property to get back to our room. Other than that it was great. We will look at other options with free parking next time."

"Awful staff. Dirty rooms. Thin walls with a drunk crowd"

"It was ok. Nothing special,"

"The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone that we encountered was very hospitable and accommodating. Some other issues with our trip were uncomfortable, but the Global Ambassador made up for those issues. Even assisted with setting up car rental for us. We can't speak highly enough about our stay. Top Notch operation at every level!!!"

"I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back."
