"great place"

"Everything was great , there is a light rail just outside the property that can take you quite far. The breakfast was better than I expected with everything you could want changing daily slightly which is appreciated. Coffee station available all day- nice touch. Rooms are large and comfortable. The only little thing I didn’t like were the polyester sheets. Wish they were the traditional cotton."

"The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. The food...

"We were in room 115, i paid over $600 for one night expecting the decor to be old hispanic charm with old fireplace. Instead the room is completely modern. The lobby is very small, the bar is very small. I would not book again."

"The JW Marriott was clean and nice but I don't love the decor - a bit outdated. Otherwise the stay was good - just my personal opinion."

"We love this resort !! Great location and the staff working were all so kind! The price we booked was unreal and we were even given an upgrade ! I definitely recommend staying here !! We will be back for sure !"

"I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back."

"The hotel was exactly as expected, and overall, we had a great stay! The room was clean, the layout was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor downside was that the walls had some visible scuffs and damage from general wear and tear, which could use a little attention. Aside from that, everything was great, and we enjoyed our stay."

"The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. After we mention we came to Phoenix for my sister’s birthday, the receptionist arranged a small happy birthday treat for my sister on her birthday. The location was great. The mall, movie theater, and lots of restaurants were in walking distance. Definitely we will return!"

"As a retired firefighter, and then went to work for a Sheriff’s office in Florida, I was really pleased with the security of the pass cards entering the building and using the elevator. And also thought the beer tap in the lobby was a fantastic idea . Our son and his girlfriend they’ve only a couple of blocks away so it was a great location along with the gym just across the parking lot perfect location we will be staying there again when we visit"
