"The place was very below par! The carpet was very stained and had a funky smell. The room was very dark; the utensils in the dishwasher were dirty, breakfast options were limited, and there was a lack of seating in the breakfast area! The key locks kept on failing! The bathroom lacked a body wash. The bottle was empty!"

"The room was ok…the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. They charge five dollars for parking. Staff was not friendly"

"This property was absolutely filthy . It made me sick when we walked in the door. If this property comes up, stay away from it. It was hortible!!"

"Check-in went smoothly until I got to my room and the code didn't work. Had to go back & forth to the office 3x's before a workjbg code was given. 4 drug addicts lookibg for someone else knocked ob the door in 4 hours. NO TV remote or trash can in the room. Called 4 times for a remote. Finally was switched to a new room with a remote and given a trash can by Security. Room was definitely nicer than the 1st, no unexpected knocks but unexpected guests in the form of roaches. Thankful for the...

"The staff was absolutely amazing!! Everyone that we encountered was very hospitable and accommodating. Some other issues with our trip were uncomfortable, but the Global Ambassador made up for those issues. Even assisted with setting up car rental for us. We can't speak highly enough about our stay. Top Notch operation at every level!!!"

"I paid for a suite. I was not given a suite, my room was not as pictured by Mariott, there was no partition, just one open room. There was no dresser with drawers, just two very small drawers, each about 1/3 to 1/2 the size of a normal dresser drawer, in a very small nook with little space to hang clothes. I will provide photos if possible. The bathroom door would not close & was either off it's track or completely broken. Miserable stay, never going back."

"Friendly staff. Room was clean. Will stay longer next time. Was just a day trip."
