"We had an extended stay and we are so so So happy that we got to stay at Conrad, because it’s simply world class. From the amazing amenities, room service and location to extremely stellar staff, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to be at on an extended holiday due to the Typhoon. Special mention to the amazing staff: Quain G Camille Lily Anil Pravin And the lady waiting on the lifts who speaks several languages (maybe her name was Rosemary 🤔) Thank you thank you thank you!"

"Amazing. True five star hotel. Fancy room, gorgeous view. The staff were warm and welcome. After we checked out, I was rolling my suitcase with my daughter walking towards the entrance, a staff member walked over and offered to help with the luggage. I was literally just two steps away from the entrance. And they don’t take any tips. Really fantastic service. The price was half of those of “five star hotels” in New York or Deer Valley, and the service was like 300% better."

"Unbelievable location, great rooms, nice large and clean, very luxurious, service is absolutely top notch. Stayed here a week ago on arrival and came back for a few days before to continue to enjoy Shanghai. Transportation by subway is extremely convenient, located right at the intersection of three major lines, get anywhere in Shanghai within about 30 mins."
