"Would definitely stay here again. Near the pedestrian street of shopping and food. Room was nice and clean with comfy bed and automatic curtains and toilet. Shower was strong and I appreciated the free laundry in the basement and the available coffee and tea in the lobby. Only drawbacks are fine for me, but may not be for light sleepers is the wall is paper thin, and you can hear muffled conversations in the next room. I had earplugs so it was fine. Also, Elder customers may have trouble with the step up to the sink and the step up to the toilet sections Again fine for me, but not necessarily for my parents if they stayed there"

"The hospitality at the hotel was really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was really good and tasty. It is very family friendly. My husband and I have travelled around a lot and this is one of our favourite hotel. The location is great and the metro station is only 7 mins walk. We hope to come back again and thank you so much. "I booked a king size bed and a double bed in the room, but there was only a king size bed and a sofa bed. I complained but they wouldn't change my room and wouldn't refund me so forced to stay a night there. The hotel is dated and cleanliness is average at best. Location is decent though."

Especially the full function electronic 'spa' toilet experience. Free laundry wash and fold service. Reasonable selection breakfast for Westerners. Bed was very comfortable, not hard. "
