"The location is good and the hotel staff are courteous"

"Great location, nice large room."

"Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain."

"Good location"

"Todo.exclwente atención servicio ubicacion"

"Very fancy room. Excellent price. Convenient location."

"Very kind and helpful staffs, some can speak English. It is around 10 minutes walk from nearest Nanshaomen subway station. We used taxi 2 times and each time their staff helps us wave for a taxi. In front of hotel there is a bus stop which is convenient and cost only CNY1-2. The room is clean and spacious with android tv, wifi and bottled water included. Thanks again for your people hospitality. "

"Excellent hotel, with friendly helpful staff in a geat location, let down by the breakfast. In the three days we stayed there non of the hot food western style (bacon, eggs, sausages, beans, mushrooms, etc.) was even warm. The buffet food was cold. Shame for a Westin as they are generally a good hotel."

"Great stay"

"It was incredibly beautiful; I will recommend it to everyone."

"Everything ok. Not inside restaurant available"

"The hotel shouldn't be rated at 5 stars. I gave it maximum 3.5 stars. The worst thing is about the cleanness wasn't qualified. The carpet was old and smelly. The size of room and bed was small. Location is surrounded with high level shopping mall. Because hotel is situated in high traffic area while the front of hotel build just face to main road so, it was quite noisy and dusty."

"性价比非常好的酒店。"

"Customer service is top notch "

"The hotel is well maintained and the bed is comfortable and staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Passez absolument votre chemin. J’ai une attente pour ce genre d’hôtel : une chambre propre et le respect d’une demande à savoir disposer d’une chambre non fumeur. Résultat : une chambre dans un état déplorable (cheveux sur les murs de la salle de bain, état du sol plus que moyen) et une très forte odeur de cigarette à laquelle on le répondra par une bombe aérosol. La e niveau de propreté de la chambre se manifeste aussi dans les communs. Je passe le fait que la chambre est dans un mauvais état...
