The hotel is nicely decorated. However our room at times smells of tobacco smoke which I think is coming from the vents. Has washing facility which was very useful. Staff helpful and accomodating.

Great location, close to the Xi'an Wall. Great room with comfy beds and a shower with an amazing water pressure 😍. This was by far our best hotel in China so far, would definitely recommend.

HeSu a good choice for hotel

We had a great time in Xi'an and loved the HeSu Designer Hotel & Suites. The young staff were all very friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and modern. Location was about a 15-minute walk from the old city wall. Lots of things to see within walking distance.

One of they Best Hotels to stay at!

Loved our stay at this hotel. Probably the most comfortable bed ive ever slept it. Pillows were the best comfort as well. Huge shower too. Room was quiet. Staff was very friendly.

As the name suggests it is truly a designer hotel and is Instagram worthy. The rooms are nicely decked up and is a great value for money. The staff are young and very friendly and they offer free coffee coupons. The rooms are decently sized and the hotel is new. Location is quite convenient and is 10 min taxi ride to big pagoda, shaanxi museum and south gate of xian wall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Xi'an. The location of this hotel is superb. It's extremely close to the subway station, which made it very convenient for me to travel around the city. There are also numerous shopping malls nearby, providing great opportunities for shopping. What's more, it's an ideal place to taste the delicious local cuisine of Xi'an. The rooms in the hotel are very clean and well-appointed. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an.

Everything was perfect with this hotel, staff is super friendly and helpful. They try their best to respond to any question you ask. Free laundry is available. We would definitely stay again here.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable and gave us precise directions on which bus to take to our planned destination. We ordered an item online and had it delivered to the hotel and they accepted the parcel for us while we were out on a tour. We are very satisfied and had a pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. the staff is super available and friendly. I loved the fact that they have a card with the address in Chinese and a QR code that gives the exact location of the hotel. It's very useful when we get lost and have to ask for help :-) To finish, they gave me a souvenir. This is delight the customer!

Service with the price i paid, acceptable. Location: Not easy to find with the small logo, nearby major attractions, walkable distance, convenience. Room: Clean, TV only has China channels, no non china channels. Reception: below standard, inexperienced, lack of smile. Breakfast: Quality below standard, very limited choices, and staff mess up the record. Decoration: not well maintain. Not sure why the other people give high score and credits. Again, if in low room price, no complaint.

We can fully recommend this nice accommodation. The room was very quiet, comfortable with very good beds and clean. The shower ist hot and strong. The whole hotel is realy stylish and the stuff ist very, very friendly and helped us everytime. They served us Cappuccino for free several times and they prepared a very good breakfast. The hotel is located near the old city and in a walking distance to the metro. So we could make the trip to the terracotta warriors by Metro and bus very easy.

Our stay at Hesu Designer Hotel was absolutely lovely! The hotel is beautiful, with a great location near the center, making it convenient to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and friendly, going out of their way to help us despite the language barrier, as we don’t speak Mandarin. A special shoutout to the front desk teamwho assisted us throughout our stay. The team made us feel so welcome, always offering us coffee and making sure we were comfortable. At the end of our stay, they even surprised us with a lovely gift (picture). The hotel also provided fantastic recommendations for attractions and restaurants, which made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Xi’an!
