"I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

"The room is horrible they didn’t fix the ceiling and full of the smell of weed and there is hole on the wall the sofa is dirty and stained . I would like to ask for the refund . "

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"The room was clean and spacious but the structure is very old and needs to be refurbished. The staff was good and helpful. The buffet layout for breakfast needs to be updated and changed everyday. We stayed there for seven days and every day, the buffet layout was exactly the same which lead us to avoid breakfast due to repirition."

"I stayed here for nine nights. Hotel is conveniently located near the DLR train. The room was super clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job everyday. Staff was this hotel was very hospitable and welcoming. The restaurant has nice menu options. Ate dinner there a few times. Breakfast is buffet options. Hot and cold foods. No complaints about breakfast. I don’t drink alcohol but they have a nice bar. I would recommend this place to stay. The area is not busy. It’s secluded and quiet. "

"Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"Room was boiling hot making it hard to sleep despite turning off the heater. The curtains do not shut out the street lights so the room is illuminated all night. Staff very polite and help."

"The AC didn’t seem to work . One staff member was not well informed but later another one was fine. The area is a bit Waste Land with nothing around. I would not stay there again"

"This hotel was modern chic but very minimal when it comes to the aesthetic of the rooms. My only complaint was we did not have enough space to put our stuff out with two people in the room. Ideally we would have had a wider or longer shelf for us to put our stuff on. It was a small room so eating in the room was challenging but we may do. And it fit perfectly for our purpose, very close to the train station and the city center airport. I really liked the lobby and the photo booth however I must...

"Excellent location for O2 venue, which is why we chose this establishment. Staff were friendly and helpful. Evening meal at the pub was 'nice' although portion size was not too generous. Room was very small (superior double) en-suite facilities were also tiny. Stairway and corridors leading to the rooms are narrow and steep (we were on the 3rd floor). Did not experience noise from the pub or road, this may not be the case in summer as there is many outside/rooftop tables."

"Beautiful stay at this unique hotel, an amazing surprise for my daughter's 11th birthday. Staff went above to make her feel special and the in the room they had got her a balloon, card and chocolates. It really made her day!"

"Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. "
