"Booked as it was very close to the London City Airport. Happy I did as it was immaculate, clean, facilities excellent and staff very good too. Nothing to fault. You can walk to the airport but we took a taxi as we had heavy luggage. Only 2 or 3 minutes."
"It's an ok hotel if you are visiting Excel for an event but the hotel needs a make over and especially the public area is worn down. My room was ok and the restaurant was ok too. There is nothing else in the area so I recommend Excel north where there are more restaurants."
