Clean room, nice property and near to airport and that’s possibly the only negative part was it’s access from Florence Santa Maria station and main city which you have to take a taxi or have a car. Overall good stay!!

The hotel building looks good but inside room was just a little out dated. Room size was good enough for three but even the room was smoke free but smelled the cigarette. Free parking spots are very limited and had to use $8 per night paid hotel garage.

The staff is awesome and the food superb! The rooms are clean and comfortable although they could use some renovations. For example, some of the floor boards were loose. The location close to the airport was perfect, because our flight home was cancelled twice due to the weather. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

We chose this hotel because we needed something close to the airport. It's a Novotel, but we found our room comfortable. Paid parking is onsite. Breakfast buffet was good.

breakfast was nice, main floor restaurant, bar, and entry lounge very nice. Bedrooms very old and not terribly clean, air conditioner never worked despite asking frront desk to turn on, beds small and not very comfortable, flat pillows, toilet flushing was difficult.
