"This hotel was the biggest disappoinment of our 2-week stay in Japan. Granted the cost of the rooms were circa 60% of the others we stayed in for the rest of our trip, but we thought as it was only for a single night prior to our flight the next mornng, we wouldn't need much in terms of amenties. However, what i never legislated for was the size of the rooms. The double room was barely big enough for one person with a suitcase, let alone two! Very, very small. And the bathroom, well, one person struggled to use this room without banging into walls or santiaryware. I would stroingly suggest using another hotel if there are two people needing to use the rooms. "

"Walked from airport to hotel, the check in was very smooth as was the check out. the room we had (1197) with a queen bed, the room had a soiled bench seat, a corner hanger for the curtain was missing, the washroom did not have adequate lighting or ventilation, the provided in room coffee wasn't used because we were unfamiliar with the style of "brewing" HVAC was adequate, TV was useable, house keeping was very good, bedding was clean and done right, so all in all the accommodations were sufficient but pricey, breakfast buffet was an additional charge and the food and dining area was always top notch. The staff was always very attentive and polite. - "

"Excellent hotel. Comfortable bed & nice quality linens and fairly spacious. All sorts of little extras provided: toothbrush, hairbrush, hairband, slippers, Nespresso coffee in room. Staff were wonderfully polite. Convenient Metro stop not far away. Would highly recommend. "
