"The host was very warm and welcoming, the location was easy to get to by train and the freshly prepared breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!"

"Lovely clean room very surprised about how much it was i felt like i could of paid more would come back"

"Nothing to add"

"Amazing location, right in the middle of Westfield shopping centre. Spacious rooms, really clean. Supportive staff. The WiFi speeds could do with an upgrade, current speeds are limited to only 20mbps and the gym area could also do with some extra machines for working different body parts."

"Clean room, great bar and restaurant. Also, directly across from mall and tube. To note, the steak house is no longer on property, even though the website says it is."

"Very conveniently located next to the train station and a small grocery store and fast food chains (Burger King, Subway, etc...). The bed is incredibly comfortable (legitimately have been struggling to get good sleep at home and this bed kept me asleep all night). Property is clean and the staff is just young and super friendly. About to try the breakfast."

"Zufrieden"

"Overall the location was key to enjoyment of this short break. The weather was very wet and the location of the hotel was so helpful in that instance. Staff were helpful and engaging."

"Awesome!"

"The room was not ready even i arrived after the check in time, i waited there for half hour and they didn’t bother to sort out the room, I have to leave my stuff in that messy room so i can leave. When i came back the room was ready but there was no any stuff for shower."

"I cannot stress how awful this place is! Please avoid it at all costs! I won’t be staying there if they pay me to stay there! 0 health and safety! Extremely filthy and really find it difficult to find words to describe it! Please avoid this place!"

"Good service"

"The carpet was disgusting, there were loud noise in the garden, the room was spelling cigarette and o could not sleep all night! It is not a hotel! It’s a converted old house which can never be marketed as a hotel! Avoid!"

"Booked fairly last minute. Texted the number on the booking confirmation - they replied to say they 'couldn't find my booking. After nearly an hour of texting back and forth, and them still claiming my booking didn't exist (despite sending them screenshots of the booking confirmation) they finally admitted the place had been overbooked. I was given a place in an alternative place on the same street, which was similar to the booked place but had no wifi (broken, I think) and it was very noisy...
