"Clean room, great bar and restaurant. Also, directly across from mall and tube. To note, the steak house is no longer on property, even though the website says it is."

"That’s"

"Very conveniently located next to the train station and a small grocery store and fast food chains (Burger King, Subway, etc...). The bed is incredibly comfortable (legitimately have been struggling to get good sleep at home and this bed kept me asleep all night). Property is clean and the staff is just young and super friendly. About to try the breakfast."

"Good reception team , good rooms clean toilets and close to Stratford station"

"Zufrieden"

"Lovely clean and well equipped cosy room with a super comfortable bed. Friendly welcome and easy to find."

"Overall the location was key to enjoyment of this short break. The weather was very wet and the location of the hotel was so helpful in that instance. Staff were helpful and engaging."

Ceiling fan in bathroom didn’t work. Shelf unit in shower missing its bottom part (no longer a shelf, just a bracket). Shower head won’t stay in position. Food no longer being served on premises. The tv was slow to load shows (so slow I gave up waiting). Laundry bags sat in stairway landing for two...

There were drafts coming from the windows however, we had to ask for more towels, the cups for tea definitely needed to...

"ensemble correct mais chambre donnant cote rue donc très bruyant, humide car peu aérée. cuisine partagée , pas.tjrs très propre.. petit déjeuner sommaire ( café lyophilisé, beurre végétal, ) proche d'une station de métro a 20 - 30 mon du centre ville pas grand chose pour manger autour"

"Great location"

"I cannot stress how awful this place is! Please avoid it at all costs! I won’t be staying there if they pay me to stay there! 0 health and safety! Extremely filthy and really find it difficult to find words to describe it! Please avoid this place!"
