"We were met at reception by a very friendly and helpful lady and to our surprise we were upgraded to a better room free of charge. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely go back and recommend it to friends and family. "

"This hotel is a little oasis. Its proximity to the ABBA Voyage show is perfect. All of the staff are very welcoming and clearly wants guests to enjoy their stay. The room was spotless as was other areas of the hotel. Breakfast was fabulous, fresh and hot and a wide choice too. It's a shame that this hotel isn't in the centre of London because if it was it would be the first place I would stay."
"Very new one in Stratford, Westfield mall is just opposite to the hotel, 5min walk to underground, trains. w/ Elisabeth line directly to Heathrow airport. Absolutely to recommend! "
"I only stayed for one night, but thought my one night was fabulous. Check in was easy. Serena was absolutely lovely & very welcoming. I was a late check in & she was kind enough to offer me a sandwich. Room was ideal for me. The decor is as good as it looks in the pictures and the room is extremely clean and cozy. The bed amazingly comfortable. The bar was busy & reasonably loud, however, didn't affect me in my room. Would stay again."

"Just had the most amazing stay at city view. Everyone was very friendly. It was quite lively at times. The shower was hot, the beds were comfy the TV worked. If you are looking for somewhere to get your head down and have plenty of shops and cafes to wake up to then this is your spot. Would definitely stay again. "
