"Super Nettes Personal, Anlage war grundsätzlich sauber, es wurde täglich geputzt und Handwerker haben kleineres schnell ausgebessert. Merci à Γκεόργκι (Georges en Grec), chef de restaurant, nous l'avons trouvé incroyablement serviable avec nous, et avons apprécié le duo avec le cuisinier toujours aux petits soins. Could not get a more luxurious and convenient hotel for the ferry!! Highly recommend the restaurant Peskesi in Heraklion (book) and a visit to Stilianou winery (both highlights of our brief but very comfortable stay at this hotel)."

"Nous avons eu de la difficulté à faire notre enregistrement de façon autonome. Nous avions un code pour entrer dans notre chambre mais il n'y avait pas d'indication où elle se situait. Nous avons communiqué avec l'établissement par courriel mais sans reponse alors nous avons appelé et la personne a été tres gentille et nous a aidé a trouver notre chambre. Sinon, le déjeuner est tres bon et avec plusieurs choix de plats. Un stationnement gratuit est à proximité ce qui est très apprécié....
