Front desk staff are very amicable and helpful took care of all our needs and had a very nice conversation with the manager too, she’s very capable and saw her helping other workers on their duties We highly recommend this hotel, very convenient right by I-75 Room was good and beds comfortable and clean

Stayed here for one night 16 December 2025 with the Pups, everything was nice and the landscaping is awesome with Royal Palm Trees and many many did I say many yes many Dwarf Royal Palm Trees, a few doubles but mostly triples. Nice property, no problems with the pups, nice staff…I’ll be back

The King Suite was very roomy and we liked the extra bathroom vanity and the jacuzzi were great. The area was quiet and near many amenities. I would have given it 5 stars but the limited cleaning services were not great. We stayed 8 days and they said they would clean every 3 days. We only got 2 room cleaning services with clean towels in 8 days. I'm sure if I had asked for more they would have done it, but I assumed it would be every 3 days and it wasn't.

I booked this hotel because of the great reviews about the pool and hot tub. The pool was nice and i enjoyed my swims. The hot tub was out of order all 3 days. The kitchen service was nice and polite. The blond male receptionist could have been nicer, the other one was nice. It was quiet and i enjoyed my stay.
