My bed was so comfortable. Not too soft, not too hard...just right. Also different kinds of pillows to choose from or enjoy all three. The room was large & had a bedroom area, TV sofa section, kitchen & eating bar. Bathroom was nice too. Plus a balcony!! All for a reasonable price in expensive Sarasota.

The room was clean and free from any odor. Check in staff was friendly. And the breakfast that’s included was a nice display ranging from scrambled eggs, carnitas, sausage, oatmeal, cereal and more. The kitchenette is perfect for quick little meals during your stay. But beware the waters on the desk are not complimentary unless your a Hilton membermy kids drank them and I was charged $5.35 overall great experience

Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The suite was more than what I had expected. Didn’t get to enjoy the amenities as much as I would have liked, but definitely would stay there again. The room was clean and well maintained.

The room and everything at this facility were immaculate. Our morning breakfast was ready at 6 am but hot fresh coffee was ready by 5 am which was greatly appreciated by myself as I am up at 3:30. I brought my service dog Val the traveling Mal and we were both treated like royalty. Everything was beautiful in the lounge area and where we ate. You can tell that the staff really take pride in making this feel like a second home. Check out our photos of the hospitality week appreciation weekend we had. Dunedin Happy Tails. Thank you to everyone who was so kind to us.

Great Service Staff. Clean. Coffee always available. Would like to see the happy hour have happy hour things for the duration, not just the first half hour or so (i.e., beer). Either way, this is our place to stay and have many times.

All of the hotel staff was friendly like family. It was also nicely located across the street and threw some trees to a Publix grocery store and a small mall with multiple restaurants work out facilities so it was very convenient. The suite was neat and clean and everything has advertised. I stayed for a full eight days and would certainly come back here again.

Initially the drain was clogged in the bathroom and in the sink. A few pots and pans were also dirty. However the room was clean other than this and the staff was incredibly helpful when approached for assistance. The breakfast staff created a very inviting environment with great food.
